The meeting rooms in our workplace at 26-27 Bedford Square reflect the grandeur and beauty of the Grade I listed building it is housed in. The rooms have a real wow-factor with natural light and contemporary design creating the perfect space for any meeting.
The larger of the two rooms is completely unbranded and comfortably seats 12 people, meaning it’s the perfect size for important client meetings, training days, board meetings, or even just a team catch-up with colleagues. You also get access to free high-speed WiFi, video conferencing facilities, a 55-inch television, and air-conditioning.
Booking a meeting room at Bedford Square couldn’t be easier. You can book by the hour, half-day, or full-day with just one simple all-inclusive payment. That includes the support of our on-site receptionist team throughout your meeting, and you can also add a full catering service on request.
Just north of Tottenham Court Road and south of Goodge Street, Bedford Square is perfectly well-connected offering easy access to other area in London. But, if you need a space to work before or after your meeting, you can also take advantage of a hot desk in our Bloomsbury workplace.

Finding 26-27 Bedford Square Bedford Square is in a central location, equidistant between two nearby tube stations: Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road both lying around five minutes’ walk away. That gives you easy access to the workspace from elsewhere in London via rail, but it’s also cyclist-friendly meaning you can just as simply cycle into work, if you’d prefer.
Bedford Square Garden is a private green space in the centre of the square, available to our members as a tranquil getaway from the stresses of the workday.
The iconic British Museum is quite literally a stone’s throw away, on the adjacent square. Such close proximity means you can make the most of the museum on your lunch and after work.
Vagabond is the perfect spot for some after-work drinks or head to Mowgli for a tasty meal with your team. For a fun team-building activity, try Flight Club and if you need to stay nearby then the Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel offers a luxurious place to spend the night.
